SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

For products using our General shipping profile:

Standard Shipping: $8
Estimated total delivery time: 6–13 business days, including processing.

Express Shipping: $15
Estimated total delivery time: 3–7 business days, including processing.

Free Standard Shipping:
Available on eligible orders of $70 or more.
Estimated total delivery time: 6–13 business days, including processing.

SUPPLIER-FULFILLED PRODUCTS

Some products are fulfilled through connected suppliers and use separate shipping profiles. The available shipping method, price, and estimated delivery time for these products are displayed at checkout before payment.

Certain eligible products may include free Economy shipping with signature confirmation. When available, this option and its delivery estimate will be shown at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International availability varies by product and destination. Available destinations, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before payment.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided when it is available from the applicable carrier or fulfillment partner.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Contact support@lovisio.com as soon as possible if an address must be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or fulfillment.

RETURNS

Do not mail a return without authorization. Return eligibility, costs, and instructions are explained in our Refund and Return Policy.
