REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

LOVISIO HOME accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days after delivery.

ELIGIBILITY

Returned items must be new, unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all parts included. Proof of purchase is required.

REQUESTING A RETURN

Email support@lovisio.com with your order number, the item being returned, and the reason for the return. Wait for authorization and mailing instructions before sending the item.

RETURN SHIPPING

Returns are accepted by mail. Customers must purchase the return label and pay the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

LOVISIO HOME does not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

REFUNDS

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Used, assembled, altered, personalized, custom-made, damaged-after-delivery, and clearly marked final-sale items cannot be returned, except where required by law.
